Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. We understand that circumstances change, and we strive to accommodate reasonable requests while protecting the time and resources invested by our coaches.
Free 15-minute consultation sessions are offered at no cost to prospective clients. As these sessions have no fee, they are not subject to refund. These consultations are designed to help you understand our services and determine if our coaching is right for you before making a financial commitment.
Single coaching sessions ($149 per session) may be cancelled for a full refund if:

After 7 Days from First Session: No refunds will be provided for remaining unused sessions, though you may transfer unused sessions to another person with advance notice and approval.
Before First Session: Full refund minus $75 administrative processing fee if cancelled before the first session.
Within 14 Days of First Session: If you complete 1-3 sessions and are not satisfied with the coaching, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first session. The refund will be calculated as:
After 14 Days from First Session: No refunds will be provided. You may transfer unused sessions to another person with advance notice and approval, or pause your package for up to 3 months due to documented extenuating circumstances (medical emergency, family crisis, etc.).

Multi-session packages must be used within 12 months of purchase date. After 12 months:

Services purchased at promotional or discounted rates are subject to the same refund terms as full-price services, with refunds calculated based on the discounted price actually paid, not the regular price.
